On 9th January 2021 from 12:00 p.m. (Tokyo time),
the Japan Sake and Shochu Association (JSS) will deliver
a 30 min. online seminar on: Shochu and Awamori!!

It’s a very entertaining seminar delivered live on YouTube.
You’ll learn key elements about those drinks, all the different
ways to drink them, and which sort of dishes are best combined

with these liquors.

The seminar itself has English subtitles and will be brought to

you by M. Alexander Sagar (MC) together with 3 expert guests.

We will be also responding to all your comments and questions

during the live session!

Très bonne nouvelle pour tous les amateurs de boissons

alcoolisées!

Le 9 janvier 2021 à partir de 12.00 (midi) (heure de Tokyo),
l’association japonaise de sake et de shochu (JSS) organise
un séminaire (en direct) gratuit en ligne sur YouTube sur
le shochu et l’awamori !

Il s’agit d’un petit cours introductif et amusant sur ces deux
boissons alcoolisées japonaises.
Il sera conduit en français, avec des sous-titres en anglais.

Vous y apprendrez notamment les bases sur ces deux alcools,
les différentes façons dont ils peuvent être dégustés, ainsi que
les plats qui s’y marient le mieux.

Votre « chef-d ’orchestre » sera Alexandre Sagar, accompagné de 3

spécialistes pour vous guider tout au long du cours dans la joie

et la bonne humeur!
